When you create an account, join a team, or enter your phone number for IronBench Labs notifications, you will see an unchecked SMS consent checkbox:

Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to use IronBench Labs.

You must intentionally check this box to opt in to SMS messages. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Your consent is completely separate from accepting our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.

What Messages You'll Receive

By opting in to SMS, you agree to receive text messages from IronBench Labs for:

  • Account notifications (verification codes, account alerts)
  • Team invitations and RSVP links
  • Game reminders and lineup updates
  • Customer support messages
  • Team management alerts

Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency varies depending on your activity. Standard message and data rates apply from your wireless carrier. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile service provider.
